Introducing the Whistler Property Sisters Team

Hillary and Erica Lawson have combined their powers to form The Whistler Property Sisters Team.  Working with the Whistler Real Estate Company, the sisters offer clients the advantage of having two agents working on their behalf. By providing double the expertise, insight, and personalized attention, they ensure a seamless and supportive real estate experience. Their shared passion for the local community and deep market knowledge make the real estate process efficient and enjoyable for their clients, whether they are buying, selling, or looking for a mountain getaway.  Leveraging their combined skills and deep local roots, they provide personalized guidance for clients seeking to buy or sell properties in Whistler and Pemberton.

Erica Lawson has a strong history in the Whistler area, having moved from Ontario at 18 and immediately feeling at home in the mountain community. After studying business at BCIT, she worked at Blueshore Financial, honing her skills in client service and negotiation.
Professional skills: Erica is known for her exceptional client service, negotiation abilities, and competitive, driven mindset.
Community involvement: A well-known and active member of the community, she is a passionate hockey player, mountain biker, skier, and trail runner.
Family life: Now raising two children in Whistler, Erica's ties to the area are deeper than ever. Her family, including her husband who is a designer and builder for the Crankworx slopestyle course, is highly involved in the local outdoor scene.
Client focus: Erica is particularly dedicated to helping fellow "adventure-loving professionals" find their dream homes in the area.

Hillary Lawson also grew up in Ontario and made the move to Whistler in 2021 to join her siblings, who had all moved west. She brought her horse and dog with her and has fallen in love with the mountain lifestyle. When it's cold enough, you can find her moonlighting (literally) at the emergency shelter in Whistler.
Professional skills: With a background in digital marketing, Hillary is skilled at creating a spotlight for her clients' properties.
Community involvement: She regularly volunteers with Whistler Community Services and participates in local events, reinforcing her commitment to the community.
Active lifestyle: When not working, Hillary enjoys riding her horse in Pemberton, hiking, paddleboarding, snowboarding, golfing, and running on the Valley Trail.
Client focus: For Hillary, a rewarding part of her work is welcoming newcomers to the community and helping them find their own place in Whistler.
